ARTICHOKES PIZZAIOLA



More hot so it was impossible to photograph .. still has the mozzarella bubbles .. do you ..

A side dish that I think is a dish unique to offer to those who are vegetarian or almost - I'm almost more about -
say that in general, putting a bit 'of tomato and mozzarella on top of the vegetables become a bit 'nicer.


ARTICHOKES PIZZAIOLA be cooked and eaten

- 4 artichokes
- 1 large onion
- 4 tomatoes
- Extra virgin
- Oregano
- 50-60 g spicy provolone
- Salt and pepper
Cut the onion and artichokes into thin slices, put them in a bowl and add the chopped tomatoes,
extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir and cook well. Transfer the mixture into a
baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 2 minutes, until the artichokes and onions
will not be soft and cooked. If you are likely to burn, protect them by covering the pan with aluminum.
cooked, add diced provolone and put in the oven again for
few minutes to grill. This dish you can cook au gratin before and at the last minute.
