Sembra che nn faccia altro da un po' di tempo a questa parte..che rifare le ricette della Parodi..
Ripeto...nn sono complicate..si fanno con ingredienti facilmente reperibili, son pure veloci..e buone--almeno quelle che I've tried so far, some do not even really attracts me - for example

COD WITH ONIONS COOKED AND EATEN

300 g onions borettane
- Extra virgin
- 500 g of tomato
- 50 g capers
- 100 g pitted black olives
- 4-5
frozen cod fillets - 4-5 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Take borettane and fry the onions in the olive whole: after they have browned,
add the tomato puree, capers and pitted black olives, and cook
