Easter cake of carrots and almonds to decorate

Buongiorno e buona domenica!
So che sono un po’ in anticipo per le ricette pasquali, ma la "DECORA" ha organizzato un’iniziativa molto carina per tutte le sue collaboratrici foodbloggers.
Questo progetto consiste nel raccogliere foto e ricette create da noi utilizzando i prodotti che abbiamo ricevuto , scegliere le migliori e allegarle al catalogo “Pasqua 2011” .

Ed ecco la mia proposta:

Ingredienti per la base:
• 120 g di carote
• 50 g di zucchero
• ½ bicchiere di latte
• 60 g di burro
• 2 uova
• 100 g di mandorle sgusciate
• 120 g di farina 00 “Il Molino Chiavazza”
• 1 bustina di vanillina
• 1 pizzico di sale
• 1 bustina di lievito

• Marmellata

Preparazione:
Pulire le carote, lavarle, asciugarle, grattugiarle e metterle in una ciotola. Aggiungere lo zucchero e mescolare. Versare il latte, il burro fuso e raffreddato e le uova precedentemente sbattute.
Tritare le mandorle ed unirle al composto; aggiungere poi farina, vanillina, sale e lievito.
Mescolare bene.
Versare il tutto in una teglia precedentemente imburrata ed infarinata (ho utilizzato uno stampo PEDRINI quadrato 24x24 cm) e cuocere in forno preriscaldato at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Hello! ... Today I leave the recipe for a tasty main course lunch prepared for today.

Ingredients for 4:
• 400 g 'and boyfriends Capri full making pulp of Gragnano
• extra virgin olive oil •

large onion, chopped • 4-5 zucchini
• 6 tomatoes

• salt • pepper •
marjoram
• a piece of smoked
• parmesan •
pepper (optional)

Preparation:
In a frying pan, brown the chopped onion in oil. Combine the zucchini and cherry tomatoes sliced \u200b\u200binto small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the marjoram. Allow to cook.
Cook pasta in salted water.
Once ready pour into the pan, add the smoked cheese, diced and grated parmesan. Stir and serve.

TUNA SALAD


After so many sweets today .. .. I want to offer an appetizer or a main course ..
depends on how you present ..
I opted for a single pot .. but instead of in the leaves of lettuce - which I did not fresh - I preferred the sliced \u200b\u200bbread on sandwiches.
The recipe I took to be cooked and eaten because it is not the usual tuna sauce.
took me even though the onion is optional .. and I find that with the apple and carrot to a particular taste.
I preferred not to make little ones .. to find the pieces of crunchy apple with their teeth, because I used a beautiful green pippin.
I must say that the onion is a stronger taste, my kids did not like .. but they are not text ..
I rather enjoyed it.



350 grams of canned tuna in brine or olive oil, celery, carrot, onion - this is optional -, half an apple, 100 g of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of mustard, lemon, salt and pepper.

In a bowl, pour 350 grams of canned tuna in brine or oil. Dice a small stick of celery, a carrot and if you like, including an onion, finally, half an apple.
Combine all the vegetables and apple nell'insalatiera with the tuna and mix. Season with a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, three tablespoons of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of mustard. Mix all the ingredients then serve on a lettuce leaf or stuffing a sandwich.

I tried this ..
I personally preferred the strudel but this is left to eat well ..
only difference to the original recipe has been cooking nella pentola fornetto.
Io faccio sempre sul fornetto piccolo--quello del caffè per intendersi-- qualche minuto a fuoco medio alto e poi a fuoco medio basso per circa 1 oretta..ma verifico infilando uno spiedino di legno nei buchini della pentola.

La ricetta è liberamente tratta da una ricetta di più dolci.


TORTA DI MELE E MANDORLE

4 uova
300 gr farina 00
100 gr panna
200 gr zucchero
1 bustina di lievito
1 banana
2 mele
succo di mezzo limone
scorza di 1 limone
3 pinches of salt 60 g almonds
a pinch of cinnamon 1 pinch of ginger

Peel the apples and mash the bananas, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar taken from the total needed for the cake and the juice of half a lemon.
Whip the eggs with the remaining sugar, salt, then add the cream, flour, almond flavoring in the grain or flour and baking powder.

I had the custard and dough in the fridge ... et volilà a treat quite quickly but good good!!

Ingredients:
• 1 roll of puff pastry

• cream • chocolate •
hazelnuts
• zest of 1 orange zest
• • a little milk sugar


Preparation:
Unroll the pastry and roll to get the discs. Line the tart tins with greaseproof paper and lay the pastry discs.
Make a layer of cream, scrape the chocolate, place the chopped hazelnuts and a little 'orange peel grated.
With the rest of pastry to decorate the cookies as desired (I did the smaller discs).
Brush with a little 'milk, sprinkle with sugar e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 25 minuti.

Well now you know how much I love the apple pies .. and I seem to be in good company ...
And surely you know that I love even strudel ... that you might not know how many and how they feel .. I do ..
how I eat when I think ...-- fattening - ..
cmq back to us .. this is one of the recipes that, until now, I was more satisfied, I'll use the strudel dough for savory dishes as it is fabulous!

I have read many recipes in my various cookbooks and in the end I chose this (I have changed a bit!). Came to taste good but are not as they should be pretty swollen.

Ingredients:
• 400 g flour

• 2 eggs • 50 g butter
• 1 glass of white wine

• grated rind of 1 lemon
• ½ packet of yeast

• oil for frying
• sugar

Preparation:
Dissolve the sugar in the wine and add salt, rum and vanilla.
On a pastry place the flour, grate the rind of the lemon, pour in the eggs, melted butter, the mixture previously prepared and finally the yeast. Mix well.

  • 250 g angel hair

Risotto with Taleggio



Come ormai avrete notato amo i risotti e adoro sperimentare sempre nuove ricette.
Quello di oggi è un risottino profumatissimo e molto cremoso…come piace a me!!!! ^_^

Ingredienti per 4 persone:
• 320 g di riso
• burro
• cipolla
• 1 arancia grossa e succosa
• 1 bicchiere scarso di vino bianco
• brodo vegetale
• 120 g di taleggio
• pepe

Preparazione:
Wash and peel oranges, removing only the orange part (remove the white part), cut into thin strips and take some aside for decoration.
Squeeze the orange juice and set aside.

CARAMELLA DI PESCE da COTTO E MANGIATO

2 filetti di pesce (merluzzo, branzino,
orata, salmone... fate voi)

- origano
- rosmarino
- sale e pepe
