Più di un mese a far prove e a rompere a Sandra perché explain to me exactly where I was wrong.

Sfoglia che ti risfoglia, trovo una ricetta adattissima, su un libro di cucina che non ricordo nemmeno di aver comprato ( forse l'ho acquistato insieme al latte di cocco! )...Non avendo tutti gli ingredienti...diciamo che ho improvvisato !

LATTE DI COCCO


































INGREDIENTI


  • 1/3 di porro (la parte bianca)
  • 1 pizzico di cumino
  • 1 pizzico di coriandolo
  • zenzero
  • 2 cucchiai abbondanti di mais
  • 1/2 limone spremuto
  • 2 bicchieri di brodo vegetale
  • 80 g di Philadelphia o formaggio spalmabile.
  • 1 bicchiere di latte
  • 250 ml di latte di cocco
  • 125 g di gamberi
  • milk
  • 1limone

Eppure vi assicuro che ci ho lasciato il cuore.
Certo, dovete amare le noci.
Se la volete più chiara dovreste sbollentare le noci e privarle della pellicina scura..
io non ho resistito a fare una piccola modifica..ma secondo me è stato il tocco finale.
Ho aggiunto prima di infornare la marmellata di pere messa a cucchiaiate nell'impasto schiacciando leggermente con il cucchiaio in modo da creare una piccola conca..
deliziosa..veramente.

TORTA ALLE NOCI E PERE Più sweet
Ingredients
n cake: 200 g of shelled walnuts
100 g of butter, 3 eggs, 200 g of flour
