A me piace moltissimo il pesce S.Pietro, lo trovo delicato ... ma a mio husband has never liked ... unless you bake it with spices and savory sauces.

A combination of the aromas of citrus fruit of Sicily and Veneto.




Chop the mixed aromas, mine are the first arrivals of our major crop, add a little 'flour to spend the fish fillets. Cook in two tablespoons olive oil extra virgin olive and brown on both sides.
