These biscuits are so much faster, so good .. and swell so much .. If you want them to do
Tiny loaves of such fine because they've become really huge.

BRAIDS OF RICOTTA L. Montersino

250 gr flour 250 gr sugar 00
375 gr ricotta cheese 8 oz
lieivto
lemon rind - I also used orange -
1 large pinch of salt

the mixer place the ricotta, sugar, add flour and baking powder, spices and mix again. Forming small loaves and
of these braids twisting on themselves.
Brush with beaten egg - or milk as I did - and sugar
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown - I am playing from a cold oven .. I think 12 'there are sufficient .. cmq realize that looks and smells just that spreads are ready
