creamy fettuccine with vegetables and saffron



Hello friends and blogger friends!
okay?!?
the package that you remember our friend Lucy's blog "I'll cook it" sent me for winning its contest "soups" ?!?
contained several packages of pasta 'paste Former Campofilone .
Here's the dish I made for lunch yesterday for me and my mom with their delicious noodles.

Serves 2:
• 200 grams of fettuccine Former Pulp Campofilone
• 1 red pepper • 1 zucchini

• extra virgin olive oil
• onion and garlic
• 200 ml double cream • 1
saffron
• salt
• • pepper marjoram


Preparation:
In a frying pan, sauté garlic and onion in oil.
Meanwhile, wash the vegetables. Cut the pepper in half, remove seeds and white part and then cut into cubes or in pieces not too large. The zucchini and cut into cubes.
Place the vegetables in the pan and cook them adding a bit 'of water.
Once ready, add salt and sprinkle with the marjoram.
Combine the cream and saffron and cook another few minutes.




Cook the noodles, drain and add to the pan. Fry and pepper and serve.
