Hello !!!!... you like something sweet? ... I offer you a slice of this great cake that I made with my mom.
I used a springform pan with 2 funds PEDRINI ... this .
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs • 3 tablespoons honey
• 120 ml milk
• 1 jar (yogurt) seed oil
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 pinch of cinnamon.
• 250 g flour
• 1 tablespoon baking
• 70 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
• 260 g of dried fruit including raisins, prunes, apricots and dates
Preparation:
Put the raisins in a cup with water and rum and let it soften.
In a bowl beat the eggs with honey until frothy.
Pour the milk and oil and beat again. Combine vanilla, cinnamon and flour.
Add the yeast and beat well.
finally Combine walnuts, raisins and dried previously squeezed, plums, apricots and dates into small pieces and mix.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake mold and bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.
