Come ormai avrete notato amo i risotti e adoro sperimentare sempre nuove ricette.
Quello di oggi è un risottino profumatissimo e molto cremoso…come piace a me!!!! ^_^
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
• 320 g di riso
• burro
• cipolla
• 1 arancia grossa e succosa
• 1 bicchiere scarso di vino bianco
• brodo vegetale
• 120 g di taleggio
• pepe
Preparazione:
Wash and peel oranges, removing only the orange part (remove the white part), cut into thin strips and take some aside for decoration.
Squeeze the orange juice and set aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter and add the finely chopped onion, cook it slowly over medium heat without taking color.
Add rice and toast. Combine the orange, cut into strips and stir.
Pour the white wine, raise the heat, and let it evaporate.
Cook rice adding little by little, the broth, stirring constantly.
About 8 minutes from the end of cooking the rice slowly add the orange juice and mix. Join
finally Taleggio cut into small pieces, season with salt and serve garnished with the strips kept aside.
