Good afternoon, and although a bit 'late, BEST WISHES TO ALL WOMEN!!
I had the custard and dough in the fridge ... et volilĂ a treat quite quickly but good good!!
Ingredients:
• 1 roll of puff pastry
• cream • chocolate •
hazelnuts
• zest of 1 orange zest
• • a little milk sugar
Preparation:
Unroll the pastry and roll to get the discs. Line the tart tins with greaseproof paper and lay the pastry discs.
Make a layer of cream, scrape the chocolate, place the chopped hazelnuts and a little 'orange peel grated.
With the rest of pastry to decorate the cookies as desired (I did the smaller discs).
Brush with a little 'milk, sprinkle with sugar e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 25 minuti.
