tart decorated with creamy mascarpone and blueberry parfait



A tart that I made at Easter ... we loved it.
Initially I had to do only with the blueberries, but I had a bowl of raspberries that I looked so disconsolate .. .. then I added them.

Ingredients:


For the pastry 225g flour 150g butter

75g caster sugar 3 egg yolks

aromas (rind lemon zest)
a pinch of salt For the filling


250g mascarpone 200g

blueberries 100g caster sugar 250g whipping cream


For decoration
about 200g blueberries and raspberries

Mould - 22 cm
preparation time than the cooking of pastry - about 180 ° oven 45 minutes

Difficulty - easy

Prepare the pastry inpastando all ingredients quickly.
Let rest in refrigerator while .. heats the oven to 180 °


Let the filling, rinse the blueberries and cook with half the sugar for about 7 / 8 minutes
Drain and let cool ... the juice without throwing.




Roll out the pastry into the mold puncture the bottom and cover it with paper and above the beans or rice, cooked for ten minutes, then remove the beans and continue cooking until golden brown .. (15 minutes) ... whipping cream.






With a wooden spoon the mascarpone mount with the other half of sugar, add a tablespoon of cranberry juice and then gently add the whipped cream too.



take the shell of pastry, cold ... now put some of mascarpone cream .. . cranberries cooked and drained and then the pastry bag and star nozzle ... fill the mold with cream.




decorate with berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
put it in the refrigerator.
